• You understand that information linked to a Safli card may be viewed by anyone who physically possesses the card

• You will not use the Services for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes

• You will keep your account access details secure

If a Safli card is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to disable or update the associated information as soon as practicable.

4. Public Access via NFC Cards

Safli cards are designed to allow intentional public access to selected information when tapped using an NFC-enabled device.

You acknowledge and accept that:

• NFC-linked pages do not require login credentials

• Safli cannot control who accesses the information once a card is tapped

• Physical possession of the card may result in access to the linked information

• You assume the risks associated with making information available in this way

5. Not a Medical or Emergency Service

Safli is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical care or emergency services.

You must not rely on Safli:

• As a sole source of emergency information

• As a guarantee that assistance will be provided

• As a replacement for contacting emergency services (such as 000 in Australia)

Safli makes no representations that information will be accessed, understood, relied upon, or acted upon in any situation.

6. Children and Guardians

Safli cards may be used for children only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

If you create or manage a Safli card for a child, you confirm that:

• You are the parent or legal guardian, or have lawful authority to act on their behalf

• You consent to the collection, storage, and display of the child’s information

• You are responsible for managing and updating that information

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and software associated with the Services are owned by or licensed to Safli and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

Safli – End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Safli (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the individual or entity accessing or using the Safli platform (“you” or “your”).

This Agreement governs your use of Safli’s website, mobile applications, NFC-enabled Safli cards, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By installing, accessing, activating, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

In this Agreement:

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By using the Platform, you grant Safli a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

Safli does not claim ownership over your personal information.

10. Restrictions

You must not:

• Share accounts or access credentials

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform

• Circumvent security or access controls

• Use the Platform in a way that could harm others or Safli

• Create derivative works based on the Platform

11. Monitoring and Enforcement

Safli may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:

• This Agreement is breached

• Use presents legal, security, or operational risk

• Required by law or regulatory authority

Safli may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform.

18. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Safli regarding use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
